Submission Guidelines


*Submissions are now closed for the quarterly print journal and the digest. This page has been viewed 30,000 times in the past 2 years. The ratio of submissions to sales (or even click-throughs to the other free content on this site) is truly depressing.

Books. Fiction Collections, Novels, Novellas, etc.

 

We are not accepting book submissions. Really, we can't do much for you that you can't already do for yourself. We encourage authors to release books independently.

Please do not send us books or queries.

 

Keyhole Online. Fiction, Poetry, Interviews, Book Reviews, Other.

NOTE:

*We will no longer respond to submissions unless we are intersted in publishing your submissions.
*You can manage your submissions yourself via the "My Workspace" section of the site, so please do not send us emails asking us to withdraw them.
*As always, it doesn't cost anything to submit.

Fiction & Poetry:

-Must sign up for an account to submit.
-Must be 2,000 words or less.
-Multiple submissions are allowed.
-Simultaneous submissions are allowed.
-We do not accept previously published works.
-Authors retain rights to their work.

Articles

-Must be more than 200 words, but no max word count.

IsReads. - Outdoor Poetry Journal

-If you want to submit your poetry to be considered only for NIR, email as doc or rtf attachments to editors@isreads.com.
-Please include one or two sentences of biographical information.
-Poems should be short enough to fit on one page and designed in such a way that will attract readers who aren’t expecting to spend any time reading a poem.
